Char Deleted

I've deleted my character by accident, name 'Carltron Dunhill'.
Could support help me with recovery it?

When you guys undelete a character it goes back to the same state as before when you logged out? With all pokes/items house ect?

Obviously not, it will be restored with the same items that it had when you just pressed the delete buton
