Arcanine

Hello, have a good day o/

I want to ask about new skill for Arcanine, and want to talk about some minus part of this pokemon.

To be honest, most of Arcanines are used with Reflect and Lavaplume, that makes it strong and usefull, yes but about AoE, both Flame Blitz and İncinerate are too slow, imagine that i use 2 skill and its die

I want to suggest that "Fiery Tornado" instead of "Incinerate"
Would you consider that?

Sounds boring, lets give fiery tornado to every pokemon's now. In my opinion is enough pokemons with it, maybe blast burner instead of tornado?!
