m5-Fire Blast
m6 -Fire Pledge
m7-Thunder fang
m8 - Psychic fangs -> Psy Pulse or other psy 1vs1 move
m9-Fire lash
m10 - Burning Jealousy
Arcanine have a good moveset, but can be better. In tms you put reflect+good fire aoe, so i suggest to have 3 strong AOE in moveset. To compare others pokes have 3 Strong AOE + kind protection in formula and alowed 2 attacks AOE in tms.
