Ninetales need more Power/Damage, she have only AOE with bad formula and no Protect/Reflect. So i suggest change a AOE with bad formula + target move for 2 strong AOE with good formula in her moveset.

Imprison ia good stun,but dont work in dark pokes like Shiftry,Weaville and Cacturne. I dont think swtich Imprison for Lava Pulse is a good thing, Ninetales can learn Lava Pulse by TM,but cant learn Imprison. The best solution is create a new move, a Fire type with Imprison formula and give to IT.
