I wanted ask please to review system of "passleadership" of guilds, maybe could remove it or put just for owner
This havens't reason for others players who are not owner (including liders).
Wanting or not, this maybe can result in disband guild.
Why not review this command please?
vices can't pass him office to others players if not liders promote, and liders too if owner don't agree
