What is necessary to get it? I am asking, becouse I collected 3k points on character Tsots (recorded songs, killed elfs) and didn't receive. On the second character I made songs and received an achievement.

You can see them in pokemon addons window, just type "christmas" in the search bar.

the achievement is for 2018 event, next year will be 2019 so i highly doubt it
