Can you add TM079 Metal Burst to its TMset?

And could you reconsider its very rare loot? Changing the TM140 Rage Power to the TM079 Metal Burst or TM097 Metal Sound looting?
Since the SandCloak has TM Fissure as its very rare loot and PlantCloak has TM Quiver Dance as very rare loot as well. I think it would be fair and "rebalanced" for such.

i will add that tm after restart and about loot i will say no because he have rage powder as a tm task so its better to keep it with him
