Umbreon has low damage, no area stun and his sort-of-area-stun doesnt work on 50% of the types against which its super effective, cant learn reflect.. i think its really weak, specially when you compare to other eeveelutions

My proposal

Tail Whip - m1 - level 40 - 10s
Detect - m2 - level 50 - 50s
Knock Off - m3 - level 40 - 20s
Pursuit - m4 - level 45 - 30s
Faint Attack - m5 - level 40 - 10s
Snatch - m6 - level 40 - 15s
Dark Void - m7 - level 60 - 40s
Moonlight - m8 - level 55 - 50s
Night Slash/Switcheroo - m9 - level 42 - 20s (dont know if a distance target will break any rules)
Night Daze - m10 - level 50 - 45s


Another proposal would envolve creating a new area stun like quicksand, sweet scent, but dark type, so it would hit ghost types, and replace detect


Also, Id suggest increasing a bit its damage: Snatch deals 3k on lvl 130, Faint Atk deals 2k, Night Daze 5.2k, Dark Pulse 4.8k.. those atks specifically should deal more dmg imo

And I know itd have a better moveset than shiny version but this is fixable.. if you like the idea we can work on shiny too

But ye we can replace detect for flatter and knock off for pursuit perhaps
