Hi, i would like to know if you could add +1 Gust to this attack (There are 3 gusts, so add a 4º scaling with the range) because for being such a expensive and weard Tm it's kinda basic.
Also to change (In Tm Learnset) his cooldown of 35s to 40s.

it's good enough and it's not like every spell is going to have full screen range
