What is tailwind if not an ''dark pulse 2'' for the flying formula
the spells here are very similar, like blizzard compared to avalanche
should it stay like it or change to another formula?

Well, as you pointed out it looks really similar to Tornado so I would like to see it changed.
Maybe something like a Flying-type Outrage?

I would like to suggest make it different than others, maybe make it like it hit on whole visible area randomly (like spikes). Also it won't leave any Tornado on those places, just hit once and it will dissapear.

I think that Tailwind should stay but Tornado should be changed into Outrage-fly type spell
