Last days Vanilluxe got the opportunity to learn Snow Cloak ability. It works 'during snow or hail weather' but could someone explain me in detail which skills trigger those effects? Hail weather I guess is from Hail skill (only?), which he hasn't got neither in moveset nor in tm learnset. So the question is, which skill(s) triggers snow weather?

If so Blizzard with 20-30% chance (as i remember) and hail with 100% chance

Show warning also triggers hailstorm weather with 100% of chance (if I'm not mistaken it's an ability on original games but was brought to padv as a move - Alolan Ninetales has it on moveset)

And it doesn't have to be triggered by poke itself. It can be seized by weather conditions triggered by wild pokes or opponent's poke during duels. Or even other poke of yours (weather lasts for like 8 seconds maybe?)
I guess it will be useful also for other players as I couldn't find those answers anywhere else
