What up guys, just found some bugs/improvements:
1. If drampa uses twister as first move no damage is applied.
2. Typhlosion can learn burn up even though it already has this move.
3. Blastoise/Mega Blastoise/Cloned blastoise can learn TM water tornado even though mega blastoise already has this move. (Idk if something should be changed in this case)
3. Add TM sleep talk, infestation and quiver dance to venomoth. (All based on bulbapedia - https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Venomoth_(Pokémon))
4. Some wild shinies are using skills that aren't shown in the pokedex. Example: Shiny ampharos using barrier & shiny kingdra using brine
