Manectric

Hello, could you give a small change for Manectric moveset?
Manectric has a pure electric type and belongs to discharge pokemon category.
I see on bulbapedia he can use discharge by leveling up.

and can learn snarl from tm learnset.

Maybe should swap snarl to discharge, please.

i think theyadded snarl to its moveset as a way to counter palossand (it was really op to hunt with palo in the begining). I think ice fang and crunch, along with other pokes' counters (like cotton spore from ampharos and taunt/thief from electabuzz, amongst others) are enough counters for it. So it would be a welcome change
But I suppose its unlikely that they'll put such a popular TM in its moveset cause that could represent a flood of Discharges in players' hands. Maybe they can replace Snarl for Lightning Storm (very recent TM) and add it to TM Learnset
