Hello, i would like to ask change his dragon breath for haze, you ask me why? it can be counter in duels for grass pokemons, cuz dragon breath is pretty useless.

So milotic already have secret power that can hit grass x2, can learn ice tms and reflect imo its more than enough for it to fight vs weakness and not make him unkillable so i would not change him considering that its already a very good pokemon
