Shiny Kingdra

Staff you even didnt tell the reason for reject give some buff to shiny kingdra.
As we can see sparking aria is not possible okay.
No change on his skill set okay.
Even you can’t give it a passive? for real now, what makes it shiny if its worse than normal formula?

Shiny pokemons have usualy UP to 3 different moves, passive would be 4th.

He is pointing out that normal kingdra has passive and shiny currently doesnt, so if it keeps/maintains the same passive, it is not a 4th up

Sorry, but I don't see anywhere where he's pointing that Shiny is lacking passive move unlike normal one, that has it. We aren't able to remember every single moveset. We'll add water shuriken as passive, and that's all. We reject any other change that was suggested in previous thread.
