Just two quick changes (left it's original and right it's my suggestion) Poison Jab it's okay but I suggest Rock Slide because Excadrill vs Flying pokemon has poor moveset. And now with this Rock Slide change instead of sloppy Rock Tomb a better and quick paralyze like Steel Beam. Overall it's a slight change but focused ofc in pvp. Also for level, Excadrill's TMset it's widely so wont affect that much change small area attack for a single target.

 

[Sting]

I would say rejected. For me that change is not needed and i don't understand "vs flying pokemon he have poor moveset" he have only 2 moves that cannot damage flying pokemon and it's good enough.
