Scizor after using false swipe cant have cd only on infestation.
Idk its propably to all pokes with double team when u use it while pokemon have around 35-40 % hp it creating clones with very red hp or even dont doing it im not sure it should work like this.

Scizor has few bug type skills, also in TM learnset
Can i suggest that Metalic Noise -> Swarm ?

Actualy i think scizor is very bad pokemon. Have one of the betters types but lose against a lot of weakness pokes. In my opinion need upgrade some defense skills or put something like iron defense on moveset. Actualy he is very bad

 

[Sting]

He's a good pokemon and does not need any change if you mean that you lose vs pokes weak to scizor then its not our fault if you lose to pokemons strong vs scizor then its normal
