[Recovery] Sandslash dissapeared

Hello. I have a little problem. Sandslash (122 female) dissapeared from my character. Yesterday i logged to PA and i saw that my pokemon has gone. GM Aisa check it already (and told me that he suddenly dissapeared and he doesnt exist in the logs) and gave me this informations about poke:
ID: C-9268
Last release: November/02 23:43

Can i get my sandslash back, please? I really like playing this pokemon and i don't want to spend more money for another sand~. I'll be really grateful.
