Dear Staff,
Yesterday around 20:40 CEST I bought a Melmetal that had been put, for just 10 seconds, in the market because I had contact with the seller. A few minutes right after the trade was completed, the server crashed and went down. After this crash, the trade had been reversed, I got my cash, but not Melmetal. I haven't had contact with the seller yet (unfortunately), so my question is: is there any possibility that you could fix this reversal? Or is the only possibility to contact the seller once again? If it's needed, I can provide you with more information about Melmetals' specifications and the money involved.
