It's been a while since a new team take over the rebalance, in the past few months a lot have been talked about it, a rebalance that will finally be good and with a good proposal as makarno topic "rebalance project" showed us.
I think that a lot of people was expecting that with the halloween would come also the rebalance, but there was some issues on the way delaying the project making people anxious about news.

So my point here is: isnt possible to open the test server??

I think if you open the test server only for a short time people would be abble to test new stuff, suggest things, and with more people hunting, dueling ispossible that more bugs will be discovered.

I'm sorry to inform you that the ones that were picked for private testers won't be able to join for this rebalance, since we're short on time and that Test Server thing would delay it at least 1 month.
Anyways, for any next testing needed, I will consider those players as it was their right.
