Present Bags disappeared

So, a long time ago i count more than 2500 Present Bags and now i have just 1420.
Some GM can check os logs or something for me? Many players complain about itens disappeared here, this is not normal.

as far as I know, items have no logs, and who would steal just half of your bps? this make no sence bro
