Plates

Greetings.
It's a simple doubt.
It seems that now some pokemons are dropping plates, according to their element.
I'd like to know which are the conditions for dropping such itens (evolution? level?) and their price on the NPC.
Every element has their plate? Including Psychic / Ghost / Bug?
Single pokemons with higher level (like Scyther, Tangela) also drop plates?
For now, that's it.

I haven't noticed because when I saw the topic it wasn't there.

Edit: We also added some new items called draco plate,splash plate... they can be sold at npc flint (pewter) for 500$

I've checked the NPC Flint, and it seems to me that the Psychic, Bug and Flying elements doesn't have any plate.
Or maybe Bug drops Meadow (same as Leaf) and Flying drops Love (same as Normal), but still, I don't know.
Besides, I think that they should be 1000 DL at least.
Anyway, it's better than nothing for those who hunt stronger pokemons.

There was no stone called attribute stone on the NPC Flint :O! Only "Love Stone" with a heart on it.
Maybe it's just not the NPC yet!

I guess Flying drops it too, then.
But what about Psychic and Bug?
