Might you add an AoE to this? Being more specific, i thought about Eerie Impulse. Maybe add TM thunder to its tmset?

Since Pikachu's family may have it as a support held, is there the possibility to make it able for pichu as well? would be pretty nice to have this ballooned familly collection.

I can add Parabolic charge to it but like what would be a point of air balloon if no one even uses that pokemon and it can evo on lvl 10 (the fact that sprite would be needed is a different story)
