Past tournament

Hello everyone
There is 3 weeks+ after finished the global Tournament, i was win this tournament (Ps4)
But i dont received anything, i check with other winner and He already got his reward (PsVita)
I tried a loot of times with Administrators and dont got any answer... Probably this is a fake
Or i dont know
But i need an answer fast, nobody solves this and im tired. Thanks

Nah. I send my data already 2 weeks ago. The rewards can be pay at Mexico stores it doesnt take 2-3 weeks :l
