I disagree with using any single-pokemon related items like Dragonair tails etc
Dragon Essence -> Dragon skulls (only)
Electric essence -> add screws maybe?
Wind Essence -> Straw (definitelly highest amount of drop)
Normal Essence -> Just nails or apples, without rat tails
Dark essence -> Nightmare gem (without murkrow's feather)
With rest I totally agree, for fairy essence there might be some item added to loot from pokes like gardevoir and other "fairy" pokes, the same goes for dark type, but nightmare gem seems okay.

I disagree about screws, it drops only few pokes, electric boxes drop much more pokes.
