Change the set of possible attacks to only "rain dance fórmulas"

I.e replacing silver Wind with Lunge, magma storm with lava plume etc

Perhaps add another formula as possibility too (liquidation etc or other)

Cannot happen. Such spell already exists, belongs to all Tapus (even tho they are "legendaries", they will be obtainable by players). The spell of Tapus is called Nature's Madness.

We can eventually add other formulas to it, such as liquidation, magical leaf etc.
