Can you add Draco Meteor to Mega Altaria's learn moveset, because normal Altaria has it?

PS. I know you don't take anymore suggestions, but I feel like mega stones should be tradeable.

Yeah or that, maybe make it on premy shop, or held or something, no idea anyhow, up to them. Montanaa asked me anyway to say about Draco Meteor. But I think they should at least be tradeable.

Rather fix Mega Altaria's Dragon Storm. It deals more than 3k when opponent gets DMG x2, when x1 then is around 1.8k. Normal Altaria deals 2k when opponent is weak.
