Option 1. - You have lucky charm 20% activated and it increases ammount of loot u are receiving. For example u looted 30 fire essences so with charm u are getting 36. If it's correct how does it affect TM/held drop?
Option 2. - You have lucky charm 20% activated and it increases chance of getting loot. For example u have 0.1% chance to drop an item with charm u have 0.12% to get this item.
