Level of Pokemons

hi, im thinking about the lvl of the pokemons, i dont know if the level of the pokemons is going to be repected, for example, in the nds the charmander evolve at lvl 15, so could you tell me how is it gonna be?

Yes the pokemon will have their level of evolution but its not at 16.
Example:Charmander -->Charmeleon 40
Charmeleon -->Charizard 80

So there isnt gonna be "Respected".
Think PA will be have hes owns lvls but there are the same of PO....?
