Jynx got nerfed?

I had long time ago, before update, a Jynx 104 and it was awesome.
That's why I leveled now a Cloned jynx from 40 to 101, But isn't that awesome.

Look, A picture of my old jynx hitting ice beam to nite:

Then:

5.4k hit When double type wasn't added yet, so it was only a x2 hit.

Now:

3.7k hit, Jynx being CLONED and With double type, so it should be a 4x hit.

It's a 2.5x or 2.25x hit, I don't remember, but I'm sure it's not 4x. I don't know if it got nerfed.

Jynx got new attacks since then, so ice beam's power got nerfed. Also we don't have 4x here it's 2.25x
Cloned Jynx's ice beam has a base attack of 250, it gains 14 damage per level = 14*101 + 250 = 1664, so 1664*2.25 = 3744
Not bugged, just nerfed.

Don't worry if Jynx is UP we will buff it.
