i cant disable my pin number.

hello.
i wanted to buy golden egg today but i cannot disable my pin. i didant played half year in padventures and when i came back in new client there was pin, i always had used command "/disablepin pin" and today it doesnt works. there is text wrong pin. how can i set my pin? i never did it i cant play plz fix it
