I would like to propose a new way to buy houses in PA, similar to the other game who-must-not-be-named
Nowadays the best houses on PA are a great investiment, people pay thousand of dollars to get one but the system to get it is(in my opnion no hate pls) a little bit unfair. Currently the first one to get there wins but Paulo whats your point?
Well I would like to purpose an auction system. How does it work? Every single house on PA would be listed on the website, to get one you would have to give a offer and if your offer isnt covered in lets say 24~48h you would buy the house.
I think it would be more dynamic for the community and a little more fair.
