A friend and I were talking about gardevoir's moveset 'cause she became really week, even agaisn't a dual-typed dragon pokemon.

Passive attack: Teleport/calm mind

P.S: My maths for fairy attacks are based on the fact that mostly, moonblast hits once, rarely twice and even more rarely thrice
