I like to suggest for Garchomp become more ground than dragon. I suggest this because for PVE, is better up in a place that your pokemon dont take damage(eletric), than up in dragon type that you receive damage x2. Another point is TMs for dragon is better than ground ones, he can learn dragon storm+draco meteor, but for ground moves is like earthquake+tectonic dance.
m1 - Fire Fang
m2 - Dragon Rage
m3 - Clanging Scales
m4 - Dragon Hammer -> Scorching Sands
m5 - Rock Tomb
m6 - Sand Tomb -> Rototiller or Sand Force
m7 - Thousand Arrows
m8 - Detect
m9 - Dragon Cry
m10 - Epicenter
I suggest replace m6(Sand Tomb) for Rototiller or Sand Force.
I suggest replace m4(Dragon Hammer) for Scorching Sands.
