m8 - Sandstorm ---> Scorching Sands (this sandstorm in shiny flygon is terrible)
m9 - Tectonic Dance
m10 - Dragon Storm

I suggest these changes so that the shiny is better than normal, because it doesn't make sense for the shiny to be any worse.

It’s actually great idea to change Sandstorm into Scorching Sands

It still makes counter against Ice pokemons with fire poison status and would gratify owners on more ground damage which really needs
