its so hard to hit that RAGING BLAST and have the same damage that SACRED FIRE
u lose time trying to hit this move. i think is useless

or a baby doll eyes could be good to.

In my opinion, I agree with tasker, I would like to add that the HP of flareon makes will'o wisp the best option for flareon, in case that is not the one indicated, I would like to suggest an increase of 2k of HP and change ragning blast for something like "fire bolt" or "fake tears"

Flareon has a really bad base HP in comparisson with other fire type pokemons, one way to balance it could be adding more HP and changing the hitbox or replace raging blast > will'o wisp

The Will or wisp version sounds good in this version evee a comparison of the others that all have how to heal

But you have to be balanced:
Will Add or wisp but increase 5-10 sec to Natural gift move (actual 30sec)

Flareon learns by level up such moves like lava plume or flare blitz(his main move in competitive)
In Padventures however moveset of flareon is kinda old and weak.
My suggestion of buff to flareon is:


And now some words about:
Flareon healthpool is fine as long as it learn reflect by TMs, shouldnt be changed.(lets be honest - without any protection move reflect HAVE TO BE placed as TM, so we have only one more TM slot for any aoe move which at old moveset give as 4 total aoe moves. But most of GOOD fire types already have atleast 4 damaging aoe moves(without TMs). I think, lava plume is just simply too common move added as TM, so its why i didnt give it to learnset of flareon.
Ive replaced some weak moves(like heat wave or raging blast for - in my opinion- better moves that fits also with 'vanilla learnset based on bulbapedia')
Also natural gift is mostly PVP move, so fdlareon learn it at lv 80.
