Don't know if someone already suggested, but I think it would be a good idea to allow players to check the gender of the Poke after its death (just add it to the "look" message after the lvl). For example, if I want just want a Gardevoir it makes sense to me only throwing balls at female ralts/kirlias. And sometimes I forget which ones are which gender, or forget to check before killing.
