[Support] Can't open client

I've downloaded the newest version of client but when i open the client, it said that "Downloading files: Please try again later" . I already checked by updater, my client is the newest. Any1 can help me? i'm leaving the ss below. Fyi, i've re-download the clients for couple times and still didn't work

settings -> more -> download files trough proxy
