Bubble blast

I think formula Bubble blast is very bad to hunt and duel,easy miss hits. I see move Bubble Blast in Wailord and Politoed. Can change this formula for one better in area, maybe like Solar Blade(Grass example) formula or Rototiller(Ground example). I suggest this two because i dont see/remember any water move in this formula.

Rejected, it has the same formula as trash, ice sport, mud sport and i don't see any reason to change it not every spells needs to always hit everything 10 times etc and making it an aoe means rebalancing stuff that have it. Also game needs worse and better skills so just because you consider it bad does not change anything (also once it hits it can hit very hard).
