Aggressive tutor

My report is about a tutor called Nymeria, last night a player came to the respawn where he was and he started to insult him.
The problem is that he was reported and he isn't punished how it should be (demote like old time),
he was dowgraded 3 levels as punishment and at 4 hours he had them again.

It is really unfair since the tutors should be respectful and tolerant people,
Is this kind of disrespectful people who take care of a channel and give opinions of the game? it shouldnt be like that

If a player insults a Tutor, GM, CM or ADMIN, is banned or deleted, why they can't be punished, when it goes against the rules of being a tutor?

PD: The player doesn't know English and that's why he didn't write it.

This case was solved yesterday and Nymeria was punished the way I wanted.
And with all the respect, you are not the one, who decides about anyone's punishments.

Legolas has insulted me, and players while I am present several times and I haven't deleted or banned him, not even a mute, but if you wanna become so strict I will remember next time I see Legolas insulting people around
