[Recovery] Account Banned ??

So after over a year of not playing I decided to download the game and start playing again but I couldn't log in for some reason.
So I asked the admins on PA discord channel for help and they told me that I was banned/blocked by Raissa.
I was also told to make this forum thread as I might have been hacked and that's why my account was blocked/delted.

Pls help I don't want to see all this time I put into this game be wasted ;(

Hola a Todos Yo vengo a exponer mi caso ya que me gustaria recuperar mi primera cuenta de padventures ya que tengo + de 7 años jugando este juego actual mente tengo mi cuenta nueva pero me gustaria recuperar mi primera cuenta en padventures ya que yo siempre e sido un jugador que dona esa cuenta tiene muchas cosas que me pueden ser utiles lo malo es que e perdido el correo pero si hay alguna manera de recuperarlo se lo agradesiara a los admin de este servidor de Diamond El personaje se Llama ( joseno ) Y es muy especial para mi y si ven en la base de datos ese usuario do se conecta desde Febrero del 2016 hace 2 años y medio.
