Ok so here is what I see, first 2 screens are from the period she was demoted, you even sent me one of these yesterday thanking me and admitting "you took your chance to insult her mother now that she is demoted" so why she cannot take her chance?

last 3 screens are from 2 weeks ago ~ look at the PC (sadly your attempt to cut images to hide dates didn't work), and what I see is 3 warnings to a player to moderate his languages.
