I finished and nothing appeared xD so I just continue with mission 1...?

Nothing, you have to do your mission ; )
You can't accept a mission and deliver the gift right away without making it.
You can consult it in Mission Status with !event.

You can continue in the mission 1 and repeat the NPCs to get more points, but when the mission 2 starts you will know what you need do, Also, the tips for mission 2 are already in this post, but the mission isn't enabled yet.

Mission 2 is now available.

MISSION 2. SEW A TEDDY BEAR
Girls have told their partners that they love the new valentine teddy bear in all its variations.
Boys will ask for one of 3 types of teddy bears (Brown/White/Pink).

These are all the materials used to sew the plushies.
You can loot them by hunting pink Pokémon around few cities in Kanto, Johto and Hoenn.
All of them loot the tissues, but just some loot the heart and the fabric filler.
You can only loot them while you are doing this mission, otherwise you get nothing.

You then produce a sewn teddy bear with the sewing machines in PVP.
Just greet NPC Foreman in there for instructions and required materials.

Remember...
-You need to have delivered at least 7 flower arrangements to unlock this mission.
-You need to hunt and collect some items to manufacture the teddy bear.
-You have to manufacture it using the correct sewing machine.
-You will screw up the material or sewn teddy bear if you use the wrong machine.
-After you receive the teddy bear, try to find the Girlfriend Npc to deliver it.
-You cannot use the old valentine teddy bear in the event if you had it (anti-cheat).

-brown teddy bear: 20 points
-white teddy bear: 25 points
-pink teddy bear: 30 points

I'm not the only one. There are people who complete the ten couples from mission 1 and they still can not do teddy bears...

Not a problem, that's how the event works. Boyfriends can require a random gift for any mission available.
Those players can still search for another boyfriend that wants a flower arrangement and do that mission.
Remember that the boyfriends change of mind for a new gift quickly.

Totally agreed, it doesn't have to contain new pokes tho. Some element box (hot, scary etc.)? Or some box4 or at least, very least some box3?

To be honest I couldnt careless about houses and decorations, so rewards that have been added are kind of intended to very narrow group of players .

ALL valentine events contain only house decorations or addons. Now we have new outfits instead of addons. You all should knew that valentine events never contain pokes/boxes/tms.
