LEARN FALLING ROCKS
That won't happen, is a pure ground pokemon, able to use rock slide, rock tomb and sandstorm, if it learns falling rocks it would be able to beat weaknesses like Ice and Flying, so once again that won't happen

I'm going to take a look on its dmg

I want to report that Empoleon is the only Steel Type in game that is NOT resistant to Dark/Ghost Type. As an empoleon user this is not exactly a directly complaint for him, I do understand and everybody know how good Empoleon is for pvp and even for massive hunts, it doesnt requiere anything. So i can say I do agree if he not resistant vs Dark/Ghost because it is really strong to defeat even for his weakness. But I think this same weakness or disadvantage should be added in other steel type for example:

* Steelix
* Bronzong

These pokemons, more specially the last one are having problems at their rebalance, can kill their weakness and they are as dificult as empoleon to be defeated, So if you're gonna punish empoleon for being so good, i think u should start to do the same on these pokemons, who are sometimes abused by people in pvp or hunts, they are so common or expensive because of these Opness.

Example of Dark Pulse on Empoleon, Bronzong, Steelix, Metagross, Scizor.
The last 3 attacks were from Cloned Gengar with Nightmare

And i know in generation 5 all steel pokemons doesnt have resistance against dark/ghost, right now that almost all pokemons are good enouhg and strong, well balanced, we should start counting this, it wont affect at anything but would balance the Opness some steel type have, currently is the TYPE that is owning ghole game features, something should stop it.

Well, of falling rocks I agree,

then it would be prudent to remove Falling rocks Learn in Quagsire (water / Earth) that has less logical that Dugtrio

and serious Dugtrio good tubiera are more than one attack, replace earthsock by earth power

Maybe a review on Pinsir / Cloned Pinsir and Raichu / Cloned Raichu?

Venusaur (replace Petal Blizzard for Power Whip

Change formula of Flame Wheel since we already have Lava Counter that is the same thing

• Metal Claw --- change form (As They did With dragon claw).
• Pidgeot and Fearow: Modify attack moves, Pokemon fly forgotten, now it's just Skarmory, Dodrio, Noctowl.
• Bellossom: Change "Sunny Day" for another Movimento. Increases Movement, fire, According to this type attacks.
• Alakazam: Change "Calm Mind" for "Drain Punch". Calm Mind leave it as passive.
• Dugtrio: Change "Rock Tomb" for "Stealth Rock".
• Blissey: Change "Healing Wish" for "Disarming Voice".

• Metal Claw --- change form (As They did With dragon claw). <<< Agreed
• Bellossom: Change "Sunny Day" for another Movimento. Increases Movement, fire, According to this type attacks. <<< Grass with fire type attacks, nope xD
• Alakazam: Change "Calm Mind" for "Drain Punch". Calm Mind leave it as passive. << Alakazam doesn't use physical attacks
• Dugtrio: Change "Rock Tomb" for "Stealth Rock". << This could defeat its weakness
• Blissey: Change "Healing Wish" for "Disarming Voice" << Blissey is a supporting pokemon, healing wish is the best atk from this Poke in support

Quilava:

Change Flame Wheel with Rage, making Rage a Passive and Flame Wheel as a Move.
It can be fun to see Quilava light up in a passive mode ^^

Can you pay attention to Dusknoir? I think that poke needs to change, it can attack a different type than the ghost /dark maybe.

Starmie

Suggestion 1
Moves:
Brine - m10 - level 40 - 40s <--- Make it 35s.
BubbleBeam instead of bubles < [ Buble is shit]
Add : -3K hp to Starmie total HP.

Suggestion 2.
-Add move cosmic power instead of Swift. [Reduce 25-30% of oponent damage]

Why? , Well Starmie with 16k hp at lvl 130 its kinda bad because if rebalancers added [Brine] is to make starmie good for massive hunts, but this is not posible because his weak hp, Starmie doesnt have move REST to have this really poor hp, if it had restore instead of recover i would say he is fine, for example Cloned dewgong have 18.5K life + restore, Persian have 16.5k + restore. With the suggestions i wrote above , starmie could be better, if starmie would be that good as u think, nobody would be selling them, but once after people test it, we can see no matter how good his damage could be now if starmie is an easy paper.

Disagree with idea of Starmie. Not every poke should has heal move especially Restore. If Starmie has 16k hp + Recover [50%^] so its 16k + 8k = 24k hp. I think it's enough. Starmie now is fine.

can you explain how she's fine? I have tested many times at test room against what she suppused to kill, its problem is not its damage but its a bit dificult to defeat them because with combo earth/rock or more dangerous electric combo is enough to defeat it. So starmie have to use recover when she's 50-60% life. And when did i say im asking for restore?

I would suggest to remove Restore from moveset and replace it for a new stun - Flash (similar to metallic noise, but normal type) :p
