1. Pure Bug-type Pokémon - Missing: Fighting resistance
Kanto: Caterpie and Metapod.
Hoenn: Wurmple, Cascoon and Silcoon.
Sinnoh: Kricketot and Kicketune.
It was not possible to check the others, since I do not have them registered in pokedex and I don't even know if they exist.
Curiosities: Pinsir is the only one with the resistance in a different order. Following the logic of those who are missing, he is the only one who had the addition of resistance.
2. Primary Bug-type Pokémon
Bug/Poison - Wrong: Electric and Ice weakness
Kanto: Venonat.
Apparently Venonat is the only one with this issue, it's like he's Bug/Poison/Flying. Venomoth is correct though.
Bug/Steel - Missing(?): Fairy resistance
Johto: Forretress and Scizor.
Sinnoh: Wormadam (Trash Cloak).
Just a simple space problem due to the large number of resistance.
Curiosities: You can see "Fairy" if you move the mouse in the correct space. The Cloned Scizor has the "Steel" type hidden, different from the others.
Nincada and Wormadam (Sandy Cloak) present a different order of resistance if you check the bulbapedia page.
And to finish the Bug(Type) part, I really tried to undestand Combee.

Electric/Flying - Wrong: Basically, instead of Electric/Flying is written Electric/Fly
