Why I always 'Connection Timed Out' ???

I can log in and select the char that will be used but after click ok it says like:


appear something like:
Connecting to the game world.Please wait. <<<long time.

and appears again the inscription:
Cannot the connect to the game server.
Error: Connection timed out. (10060)

please help and give me a solution to be able to play games???
