Whimsiccot is a poke already with 2 types, so he need all space from AOE to this types so i suggest replace Hurricane for good AOE from Grass or Fairy type.Can add Hurricane to TM Learnset and maybe change 1vs1(m2-m4) move from grass/fairy for fly one.
Another point is a better stun, so change grass whistle for cotton trap

grass whistle is the only stun in area in move set, so need change stun in area for other.In hunt leech seed is worst than grass whistle.
