Gogoat

m1 grassy glide
m2 worry seed
m3 aerial ace
m4 horn leech -> Overgrowth//Cotton Trap//Quicksand//Substitute(ok bulbapedia) or a good stun in area
m5 grass knot
m6 rock slide
m7 milk drink
m8 bulldoze -> Leaf Storm//Leaf Tornado//Strength Sap
m9 leaf blade
m10 grassy terrain

Gogoat have bad Aoes, no Stun in area and 2 heals that cant help in almost nothing, better change one heal for a stun.Also, he need a good AOE because Leaf blade is horrible and grassy terrain is just ok.

Since I'm not sure you've verified this, but Gogoat, at least in its normal form, does really very low damage. Recently, I leveled up from level 100 to 130 with the help of a smart candy. And even then, the damage was almost shameful. Without the held support, it would be necessary to use a terrible revive sequence, too. I spoke to other players in the game and they noticed the same, and made an additional comment: the tms you add to it have extremely low damage, too.
