the amnesia attack itself is already very bad for giving the adversary chance to heal, putting it on the venusaur that was never a strong pokemon, only devalues the pokemon, my suggestion is to exchange for hold back.

I had made a suggestion for it some time ago too. Although, you've been talking about a move in particular in which i agree too. I also think that venusaur should get an improvement in its poisonous side. In another thread i had left the idea of replace sleep powder by toxication, which is a nice move as stunning as a hitting one.
