Shiny Psyduck

In the game we have Pikachu and Eevee, two shinys with full movesets and very strong. In my opinion, the psyduck is missing for the Kanto trio to be complete <3
So my suggestion today is to give this duckling a full moveset similar to Shiny Eevee and Pikachu!

I've made two suggestions, one taking into account the Psyduck from the anime which, when it feels a headache, gains extremely strong psychic powers. Even though he doesn't have this type, it's a characteristic of the psyduck in the anime.

m1 - Aqua tail
m2 - Waterball
m3 - Water Spout
m4 - Meditate || Imprison
m5 - Water Gun
m6 - Psyfusion || Future Spin || Mystical Power
m7 - Aqua jet
m8 - Reflect
m9 - Expanding Force
m10 - Water Tornado


The second suggestion is more consistent with Psyduck's Water type.

m1 - Aqua tail
m2 - Waterball
m3 - Water Spout
m4 - Soak
m5 - Water Gun
m6 - Chiling Water
m7 - Aqua jet
m8 - Reflect
m9 - Bouncy Bubbles || Hydropump || Sparkling Aria
m10 - Telekinetic Thrust

ps: The target moves, I simply kept the ones Psyduck already has.
